Steve Weir, a co-worker of Blair's, will be new webmaster due to Blair increased family reponsibilities. The refereed track passed; we will have three tracks next year: demonstrations ("light"); refereed tracks ("stout"), and traditional ("ASCUE classic.") (My parentheses.)
