We have been working on a comprehensive information security document here at CIU. We've had policies in various places and stages for years but nothing that was cohesive or complete.

As I work on this with my staff, one of the biggest issues is enforcement. I'm thinking of an enforcement committee that would review violations. The committee would include various department heads as well as some of the VPs and HR.

I'm curious as to how others are handling this. Any insights you can share will be greatly appreciated.
